Great Place To Find Coupons For Organic And Natural Foods.

March 12, 2007

Every single Sunday morning, the first thing I do is sit down with my coffee and read the newspaper…real news first, advertisements second. It is the only day of the week that we get the newspaper, if only because it forces me to read something other than the words on this computer screen! And I do check the coupon section every Sunday only to find that there are never any coupons for anything that is actually good for you or environmentally friendly. Sure, there are coupons for plug-in fake apple scent this and fake “roses in bloom” spray that are sure to not only make your house smell like a bathroom at an insane asylum, but will also have you wheezing in no time at all! Where are the coupons for organic stuff and natural stuff? Why can’t I find those in my Sunday LA Times?

I don’t really know, but I would like to find out.

However, in the mean time, there is a coupon site online that has coupons for natural and organic stuff…yeah! Whole Foods, Wild Oats (soon to become Whole Foods anyway) and some other stores in my neighborhood are listed as being coupon providers for this site. You have to enter your zip code to see if they have mailers for your area…but be forewarned, they only want the first 3 digits of your zip code. Weird, I know. But if you are looking for coupons for stuff that might actually be kinda good for you, be sure to check out Mambo Sprouts. There are probably things there that are not really “natural”, seeing as how everything in the grocery store is “natural” now, but there are some good things to be had. Check it out!
