I recommend trying this recipe with a twist: try using lavender! It's very calming.

Great post and great idea, thanks.

Great advice!
I also like tea tree mixed with some great EO's and witch hazel for an "on the go" sanitizer.

I just wanted to say that although rosemary and mint are great tea tree (melaleuca) is much better at disinfecting and lavender is a close second. I have been using tea tree as a household cleaner for over a year now, i usually make it myself with the essential oil however you can purchase this product from Melaleuca, a household cleaning brand. youll find them online and can purchase products from at home retailers. i also use lavender as an on the go hand sanitizer but im a firm believer in using soap and water if at all possible! hope this helps!

Besides handwashing, there is something else that can be done to prevent the spread of germs. That is teaching children to cough and sneeze into their elbows, which physicians recommend. Check out this new drug-free and safe program: Germy Wormy Germ Awareness for Germ Transportation Vehicles ages 2 ”“7. If you have and/or work with them, its priceless.

Give kids a PLACE to give their germs to ”“ instead of you!
