		<description>These are great! BOA was an unexpected one on the list.

When I worked for Turner, they gave free MARTA passes if you took the train to work and a free gym membership with a locker (and laundry service) if you were a bike commuter.  Not a cash reward, but definitely nice. The gym/laundry thing helped a lot as a bike commuter, bc it meant I could shower when I got to work and didn&#039;t have to wash sweaty biking clothes at home as often.

I think they also have a program where employees can volunteer during work hours a certain number of hours per month without using paid time off.</description>
