This is an easy one! A wind-up alarm clock in your bedroom does a few things for you – A. it doesn’t use any electricity, B. it keeps electromagnetic fields out of your bedroom and next to your head. Electric clocks and their electromagnetic fields can interrupt your sleep and often give off the EMF equivalent to that of a power line. Yikes! Ever since I started working for myself, I haven’t even had a clock in my bedroom at all. While I understand that not everyone can be that lucky, the best thing to do is to either use a wind-up clock or at least keep any electric clocks away from your bed and head. Do One Thing and think of going wind-up!
